As Dhul-Hijjah draws near, we remember the example of Prophet Ibrahim(AS), who demonstrated immense faith by being ready to give up what he cherished most for Allah.

This year, your noble sacrifice will bring about a remarkable difference for the Forgotten Ummah.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

‘No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first) ten days (of Dhul Hijjah)’

[Bukhari].

Not only did the Prophet Muhammad fulfill this religious obligation for himself, but he also performed an additional Udhiya [Qurbani] on behalf of his ummah.

This extra sacrifice was intended for those in the Ummah who could not afford to offer their own.
